Charm of Inspiration

The spellcaster chooses up to three willing allied creatures within range that they can see.  Targeted creatures gain 10 temporary hit points and may use their reaction to immediately move up to 10' and make a melee or ranged weapon attack against a target of their choice.  Movement granted by this spell does not draw opportunity attacks.  

 At Higher Levels: The spell targets 1 additional allied creature per spell slot above 3rd used to cast it.
