Arcing Lightning Bolt

A bolt of lightning rushes toward a target of your choice that you can see within range. That target takes 8d8 electrical damage and has its movement reduced by 10 feet. 

Arcing bolts then leap to all targets within 10 feet of the original target (target can be a creature or an object). Targets must make a Dex saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 6d8 lightning damage, or half as much damage on a successful one.
