You declare a war cry that inspires your allies and strikes dread into the hearts of your foes. You and all allied creatures within 30 feet of you that can hear you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus for 1 minute. So long as a creature has at least 1 of these temporary hit points remaining, they also have advantage on saving throws to avoid being frightened.
All hostile creatures within 40 feet of you that can hear you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 3rd level spell slot or higher, you and all allied creatures gain 1 additional temporary hit point for each spell slot level above 2nd. Also, hostile creatures that fail their saving throw also suffer 1d8 psychic damage for each spell slot level above 2nd, or half as much damage on a success.
