You cause the air around a creature to snap freeze. One target within 90 feet must make a Constitution saving throw. In a failure, it takes 4d6 cold damage and it's speed is reduced to 0 for 1 round. In a success, it takes half damage, and it's speed is halved.

The damage increases by 1d6 for every level higher than 2nd the spell is cast at.
