Creats a frozen claw up to 30 ft from the caster. Target has to make a dex save or take 2d6 ice damage, and become grappled. Takes half damage on successful save. Target takes 2d6 damage at the end of their turn if they remain grappled by the spell. Target can make an athletics or acrobatics check as an action vs the spell dc to break the grapple.
