You hurl a rock, a snowball or a similarly spherical item to a point within range that you can see. From that 5 feet point, at the start of your next turn, two frozen fissures that are 15 ft. long and 5 ft. wide blast out in different directions of your choice (separated by at least 45º). Each creature in each line must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d6 cold damage on a failed save. Creatures on the center of the spell take the maximum amount of damage without a save.
