A rip forms in your skin which you draw blood from to form a deadly blade.
As an action, you take 1d6 damage and summon this blade in or on your hand. If you have an external source of blood within 5ft, you don't take the damage but if that source is a living creature then it takes the damage instead. The blade counts as a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient. To use it, make a melee weapon attack. It deals 3d6 magical slashing damage on a hit and has the finesse and light properties. On a hit, you can force the target to perform a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, you regain Hit Points equal to half the damage you dealt.
After 1 minute, the blade loses its form and collapses into a puddle of liquid blood.
At Higher Levels:
When you cast this spells with a 3rd or 4th level spell slot, the damage on a hit increases to 4d6. At 5th and 6th level it increases to 5d6. At 7th and 8th it increases to 6d6. At 9th level it increases to 7d6.
