Chochee's Gravity Goo River

A shimmering goo flows from your hands in a line 30 feet long and 10 feet wide in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be adhered to the floor. On a failed save each creature within the river is restrained. At the start of every turn they may make a Strength saving throw to try and brake free from the odd weight they feel holding their feet.
