Conjure Lightning

You conjure a bolt of lightning which strikes a creature anywhere within a 90 foot of you. Make a ranged spell attack against the creature. If the bolt hits the creature takes 2d10 lightning damage. Any creature within 5 feet of the target, including the target, must also make a constitution saving throw and on a fail take 2d10 thunder and be deafened until the end of its turn. On a success the creature takes no thunder damage and is not deafened.

On each of your subsequent turns until the spell ends, you can use your action to conjure more lightning in this way again, targeting the same creature or a different one.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher level, the lightning damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 3rd.
