A blast of water shoots from your hand. Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save a creature takes 3d8 bludgeoning damage, is knocked prone, and is pushed up to 15' away. On a successful save they take half as much damage and are not pushed. 

 Any items not carried or worn are pushed up to 15" away from the caster.

All nonmagical fires within the cone are extinguished.
