Ashomann's Lesser Teleport

As an action you and up to five willing creatures can travel to a teleportation circle within 200 miles (321 kilometers) of your current location. The teleportation circle  must be in a fixed location and that location must be known to you. The caster must be familiar with the unique pattern of that specific circle and any special access permissions must be granted before the spell can be cast, lest the destination circle be closed to you. If the caster cannot connect to the desired circle, the spell fails, nothing happens and the spell slot (if any) is expended.
