Upon casting this spell thousands of glowing embers begin swirling and sparking at the target area before bursting into tens of thousands of molten butterflies.  All targets caught in the radius must make an INT saving throw against the spellcasters DC or else take 6d10 psychic damage per round (either when entering the cloud for the first time or at the beginning of each subsequent round) where the individuals believe they are being burned.  Any save results in no damage being taken for the duration of the spell.  Creatures immune or resistant to fire are granted advantage on their saving throw but will take full damage upon a failure.  All targets in the affected radius are blinded and are considered obscured due to the sheer chaos of the swirling flaming butterflies.  Due to Viera's mastery of illusion, it will appear that all affected terrain (trees, buildings, etc) is catching fire as well with all the appropriate associated olfactory, auditory, and tactile elements.  All saving throws are made with disadvantage if this spell is cast by an Archmage specializing in the School of Illusion (Level 17 or higher).
