You target one humanoid within range, the humanoid must have bones. The creature must make constitution saving throw, on a failure the target's bones begin to melt and turn to a jelly. The creature's speed is reduced to 10 feet, and they have a -8 penalty to all strength and dexterity checks and saving throws for the next minute. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn to resist this effect.
If a creature fails the saving throw three times their bones become will stay melted for the next 24 hours, at which point they can repeat the save every 24 hours if they do not succeed. If you maintain concentration for the entire duration, the creatures bones are permanently melted. Only a wish spell can reverse this effect.
At Higher Levels: If you cast this spell with an 8th level spell slot, the penalty is increased to -9 and the creature can no longer take reactions. If you cast this spell with a 9th level spell slot, the penalty is increased to -10 and the creature can no longer take reactions or the dash action.
