Bamboozle

When this spell is cast, a creature within line of sight must make a Wisdom saving throw or it takes 1d6 psyonic damage and becomes bamboozled. When a creature becomes bamboozled they have a minus 3 to all attack roles and their movement speed is reduced by 5. (Can not drop below 5 movement speed) 

At Higher Levels: Every two levels add an extra attack dice to the amount of psyonic damage delt.
