Water Sphere

You open your fist in front of you than speak the words "sphaera aquae", the Latin word for "water sphere". Water emerges from your surroundings, or if none, from your own body, and creates a floating sphere in your hand. You throw the sphere at a point you choose within range. The sphere lands in the enemy's face, stunning them for a round and blinding them until they wipe the water off of their face (1 action) or until 3 turns are over. The enemy also has disadvantage lasting the same as the blindness.

This spell can be avoided by the enemy making a constitution saving throw of 12
