Damage/Effect

The caster uses a wind blown instrument to create a sound so loud and so ear shattering that it causes any creatures capable of hearing (or without any magical) to suffer severe hearing disabilities. The caster channels this spell through any wind blown musical instrument and creates a 20 foot sphere around the caster. Creatures around the caster must make 2 saving throws : a DC 13 Constitution save and a Wisdom save equal to the caster's spell modifier. On a failed Constitution save, creature takes 2d6 thunder damage and deaf for 1 hour; on a successful Constitution save creature takes half has much damage and does not suffer from deafness. On a failed Wisdom save, creature takes 2d6 psychic damage and are incapacitated for 1 minute; on a successful Wisdom save creature takes half has much damage and does not get incapacitated. Caster is immune to the effect of the spell.

NOTE : This spell works best in places where sound can travel with ease. As an example : when casting in water, the range is reduce to half and so is the damage caused.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for both saving throws for each slot level above 1st.
