Affix Placement

You attempt to affix of one creature that you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or it can't end its turn in a new location returning to where it started its turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature. For each additional two spell levels, you can target one additional creature.
