You touch a willing creature one size larger than yourself or smaller to create a gentle stream of water that thinly covers the entirety of their shape. They are still able to breathe and act unobstructed from the spell.
At the beginning of every turn of a creature under the effects of this spell, they are healed hit points equal to 1d6 + your spellcasting modifier, resist fire damage, and cannot be ignited or set aflame. The spell ends after duration or until you lose concentration, where the veil of water is ejected from the surface of the creature's body as tiny droplets before dispersing entirely.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell at a higher level, it heals an additional 1d6 hit points for each additional spell level above 3rd.
