You draw a 5ft square doorway on a wall of your choice and cover it with the cloth while speaking the proper incantation.

When the incantation is complete, the cloth melds into the wall and becomes difficult to distinguish from the rest of the wall (DC 25 Investigation check) for anyone except those chosen by the caster.

The cloth can be pulled aside to reveal an apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The apartment is large enough to provide comfortable shelter to eight humanoid of medium size or smaller. The apartment is the same every time the spell is cast and is unique to each individual caster.

The appearance of the apartment is determined by the caster when casting the spell for the first time, but the roles and number of rooms are unchangeable. After the first casting changing the apartment's appearance requires a concerted effort of will and one hour of meditation inside.
