Apprentice justice

A childish spell found scrawled. In the edges of an apprentices notes.

Casting this spell causes a collection of sharpened magical quills to appear arou d the target and rapidly begin scratching profanities into their skin. The profanities can be in any language known by the faster and cannot be healed by regular means instead the must be dispelled or removed via the effects of the remove curse spell. 

When this is cast on a person or creature they must succeed in a charisma saving throw versus the casters spell save dc.

On a failed save the target takes 1d4 slashing damage and has a series of profanities decided by the caster permanently etched into their skin until the effects are dispelled.
