Bespoke’s Deflective Ward

You have learned to shape the world around you to such a degree as to intercept and Deflect Enemy Attacks. 
As a reaction upon You or a Friendly Creature being struck by a Weapon or Spell attack, You may deflect a Blow. 
-Upon Deflection you Reduce the damage taken from an attack by Half (Up to a maximum of 25 Points of Damage) and additionally you may choose to roll a Spell Attack against a creature that is within both the range of the original attack and the range of this spell, if said Spell Attack hits the creature targeted takes the damage you deflected with this reaction (Up to 15 Points of Damage)
