5- The target loses 5 hit points at the end of its next turn
6- The target regains 1d4+Prof bonus hit points
7- The Target gains 5 temp hit points
8- The Target loses their clothes for 1 round
9- The Target teleports 30ft to an area of its choice
10- Nothing happens
