Cackling Shackles

Illusionary chains with grinning mouths on the links wrap around the target. Target is restrained and may free themselves by making a Wisdom saving throw equal to the casters class level.

For the spell's duration, the caster may use an action to make the mouths on the chain open and unleash a bone-chilling, horrifying, and unbearably loud cackle. Target takes 1d6 psychic damage. Target may take a reaction to try to free themselves but roll with disadvantage.
