You cause a searing strike of retribution to strike out at those that cause harm.

Choose a creature within range that you can see - said creature must make a WIS saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 4d8 radiant damage, or half as much on a success. On a failure, a creature is also blinded for 1 minute.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, add an additional 1d8 radiant damage per level of spell slot used above 4th.
