A bolt of arcing lightning jumps from your fingertips to a creature within range. After striking the first creature, the lightning can potentially jump to up to two more creatures.

Choose a target creature within 60 feet that you can see. That target must make a dexterity save. On a failed save the creature takes 3d8 lightning damage and you may choose a second target within 30 feet of the initial target. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and the Arc Lightning does not jump to a second target.

The second target must make a dexterity save. On a failed save the creature takes 2d8 lightning damage and you may choose a third target within 30 feet of the second target. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and the Arc Lightning does not jump to a third target.

The third target must make a dexterity save. On a failed save the creature takes 1d8 lightning damage. On a successful save, the target takes half damage.
