Bone Frost

When use cast this spell on a creature within the spell range, they must make a Wisdom save and are dealt 1d8 cold damage and become restrained on a failed save or are dealt 1d4 cold and do not become restrained. If the creature fails their first save, they can continue making Wisdom saves until they either reach 0 hit points or succeed a saving throw.
