You call forth a verdant plant spirit. It manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. This corporeal form uses the Plant Spirit stat block. When you cast the spell, choose Bark, Thorns, or Vines. The creature resembles an animated plant with those characteristics, which determines certain traits in its stat block. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.
The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, use the higher level wherever the spell’s level appears in the stat block.

False Appearance. While the plant remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a normal plant of its kind.
Thorny (Thorns only). At the start of each of the plant's turns, it deals 9 (2d8) piercing damage to any creature grappling it.
Actions
Multiattack. The plant makes a number of attacks equal to half this spell's level (rounded down).
Constrict. (Vines only). Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 3 + the spell's level bludgeoning damage, and if the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC is your spell save DC). Until the [Tooltip Not Found] ends, the target is restrained and the plant can't constrict another target.
Slam (Bark only). Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + 3 + the spell's level bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or fall prone.
Thorn Spray (Thorns only). Ranged Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 + 3 + the spell's level piercing damage.
