Extending a hand towards a creature you can see within range, you clench a tight fist and attempt to draw the blood from the creature’s body. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature begins weeping blood from its skin, mouth, and eyes, takes 5d10 necrotic damage, and is stunned for the spell’s duration. At the end of each of its turns, the creature repeats the saving throw. It continues to be stunned and takes 1d10 necrotic damage on a failed save, and the spell ends on a successful one.
A creature that succeeds on the original saving throw imposed by this spell takes half the spell’s initial damage, is not stunned, and the spell ends. This spell has no effect on constructs, elementals, and undead other than vampires and their spawn.
