Bovine Rain

You summon one Bovine Elemental 20 feet above a target you can see within range. Once summoned, the target, and all creatures within 5 feet of it, must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving Throw or take 6d6 on a failed save, half damage on a success. Once the Bovine Elemental reaches the ground, it disappears.

At higher levels, add 1 Bovine Elemental for each level this spell is cast above the 3rd.
