Chocolate Squirt

Send a shot of liquid chocolate at a creature within range that you can see, making a ranged spell attack. On success, the creature is restrained by the chocolate cooling and encasing it in a thick shell. At the start of each of a restrained creature's turns, they can make a strength saving throw. On a failure, they are considered to still be restrained in a casing of chocolate. On success, they burst out of the shell, free. The DC for this throw is equal to the player's spell save DC.
