This spell accelerates the growth of tiny or small woody and non-woody plants in a 60 foot radius around the caster. The caster can specify if all plants within the radius or specific plants within the radius take on the benefits of this spell.
Once cast, the specified plants within the radius of the caster accelerate in their growth cycle sequentially by one step as long as there is sufficient soil and or space to grow. Examples of one sequential step in a plants growth cycle would be: Sprout to Seedling, or Budding to Flowering.
This spell cannot be used to decompose plants.
