This spell is used to create a new life-form called a Ritual. Rituals are a race that live in the D&D world usually serving their creator or master. Sometimes they escape and live their own lives but that doesn't matter, Xilovar's original purpose of this spell was to create his own life-form, and that is all this spell was meant to be. 

To do this spell properly, a master wizard and 2 other wizards must build a crescent shape using 100 pounds of obsidian and place an unenchanted weapon in the center part of the crescent and place a living human on one part of the crescent and living non-humanoid creature on in the other part. The final part is to simultaneously shout out a name while touching the weapon, the human sacrifice, and the non-humanoid creature and sending magic power into the weapon. You must send magic for 10 minutes or the spell will fail and kill the human and creature while also shattering the weapon. 

This spell can't be done without using the components listed. The obsidian must be obsidian, it doesn't matter if the obsidian has impurities, but each piece must be mostly obsidian. The creature can be anything so long as it is not humanoid, using a humanoid creature for either part of the spell will cause the spell to create chimera that will explode after 1 minute. 

Upon completion of the spell, a Ritual will be created.
