Chain Shock

A intertwining mass of electricity shoots from your outstretched hand (or arcane focus if you'd like) to one target within 30ft of you, the lightning then arcs to another target within 30ft of the previous target (up to caster). The electricity makes a loud booming sound when it hits another target. 

    — Each target takes 1d4 Lightning + 1 Thunder damage
    — Each target in the sequence that you wish to attack must pass a DEX save or the damage is null

 At Higher Levels — The spells chain increase by 2 targets when you reach the 5th, 11th, and 17th (you may also target the same target again ONLY if the electricity has jumped to another target EJ: making it bounce back and forth between two creatures)
