Bathe in Starlight

The user points at an enemy once per long rest and causes that enemy to irradiate a glow as bright as a star. The enemy must make a constitution saving throw against the wearers spell save modifier or take 1d4 radiant damage on each of it’s turns, be visible to all within a 200 feet, unobstructed, view and any attacks made against them are made with advantage for 1 minute. The affected creature can make a con roll on each of it’s turns to end these affects.
