Any open wound you contain is now diseased, and whoever comes in direct contact with it has to make a con save. If the individual attacks the caster during the spell's duration, they have to make a dexterity saving throw. If they fail the Dexterity saving throw, they have to make a constitution saving throw for the first interaction.
All saving throws are based on the caster's Spell Save DC.
Damage dealt is 1d6+Caster's Con Modifier of necrotic damage.
- If they succeed, they take half of the 1d6+Caster's Con modifier damage on the first interaction.
- If they fail the first con save, they take total damage and make a constitution save for the next four turns until they succeed.
- Once they make that second successful con save, they easily shrug it off.
At higher levels: Starting at level 3, add +2 to the spell, save DC for this spell only and increase the damage dealt by 1d6, and the spell lasts for an additional 2 rounds for those infected for every level higher.
Those affected by it get a burning sensation from the touch and start to feel feverish.
