Boundary Anchor

Touch a nearby willing creature, placing a metaphysical seal on its body, and anchor it to the Boundary.

While the anchored creature is within range (15 feet), you cast spells as if you were standing at the target creature's location. The target creature also gains the same AC and Saving Throw Bonuses of Binding Force that your character has when the spell is cast.

If you and the target creature are ever out of range of each other (greater than 15 feet apart), the effect of this spell ends.
