Boundary Chains

Focus the edges of your Boundary until they manifest chains around a nearby target creature you can see. The chains wrap around the target creature and penetrate into the ether binding them in place and they must succeed a Wisdom Saving Throw or become grappled.

At the start of each of the target creature's following turns, they may attempt the Wisdom Saving Throw again to try and break free of the spell.

While the spell is active, you cast spells as if you were standing at the target creature's location.

Your movement speed is reduced to zero while this spell is active.
