Blood Well

As a part of the hour spent casting this spell, you extract the blood from a willing creature. The willing creature then takes 12d10 Necrotic damage. 

Choose a flat horizontal surface within range. Upon casting this spell, a pool of blood forms on the chosen location, creating a passageway to a destination of your choosing upon casting the spell. (You must have visited this destination at least once yourself.) The pool is opaque, and what is on the other side cannot be seen through it. The portal is visible to both the entrance, and the chosen destination.(I.E. if you choose a temple, they'll probably see it)

Upon casting this spell in the same location for a year, the pool of blood becomes permanent on both sides, however a dispel magic of any level will instantaneously remove the pool. You may also choose to sacrifice the willing creature, but the soul of the creature will be destroyed in the process and make the pool permanent instantaneously.
