You designate a 30ft sphere within the spells range. All creatures caught in the sphere must perform a Wisdom saving throw. If a creature succeeds, they are unaffected by the spell. If a creature fails, assign a random language to them. Creatures who have had a language assigned to them can only communicate using the assigned language (if they did not previously know the language, then they learn the language for the duration of the spell only). The effect can be removed from a single target by casting the Remove Curse spell on them.
At higher levels: Casting this spell at 5th level gives it a duration of 4 hours, at 6th level, the duration is increased to 12 hours, at 7th level, the duration is increased to 1 day, at 8th, the duration is increased to 10 days, and at 9th, the duration is 30 days.
