Choose one creature that you can see within range. The target begins to only speak in "ähhs", “um”, “uh”, “er”, “ah” and really can't get to the point. Creatures that can't be charmed are immune to this spell.
A ähähäähähähäing creature must speak, but can't really areticulate any meaning. The target has disadvantage on Charisma saving throws and abillity checks. While the target is affected by this spell, other creatures have advantage on persuasion against it. As an action, a ähääähääähäähming creature makes a Wisdom saving throw to regain control of itself. On a successful save, the spell ends.
