A spell from the future where people delved into other forms of evocation. You grab moisture from the air and produce a sphere of water depending on what type of air it may have special effects such as poison or lightning.

It does 1d6 every level but if you are near a river or other water source it does 1d10 and with every level more you use it it will do 1 more of whichever dice you use.  It does get everyone in a 5ft radius to hit half as much damage as the original target and 10ft radius get's wet.
