Alter Phases

You take a minute to channel your Chi elements. Choose between your core phases of Wu Xing (Water, Wood, Fire) and this becomes your core phase until you change it again.  Additionally at level 3, roll an extra 1d4 for all techniques or spells you use that deal the same damage type as your core element. The damage types are Fire for Fire, Cold for Water, and Force for Wood.

You channel more energy when you reach higher levels: 1d6 at 5th level, 1d8 at 11th level, and 1d10 at 17th level.
