Your spell molds flesh and gives new life to it creating a putrid flesh abomination oozing with nauseous fluids.
Chose any CR 2 or lower creature that is not a contruct, elemental or undead, it can't have the spellcasting or pact magic features, also it's intelligence score becomes 4 if it's not lower already.
The creature melts into a noxious pool of acid and flesh when the spell ends or the creature dies, the area where It died becomes difficult terrain and deals 4D6 acid damage to any creature that moves into it or starts it's turn there. You can't use the remains of a summoned creature as material for another summon.
At Higher Levels. The maximum CR value and the acid's damage increase respectively to 3 and 6d6 when you use a spell slot of 6th or 7th level and increase again for a spell slot of 8th or 9th level to a total of 4 CR and 8d6 acid damage.
