Boundary Upheaval

5th Level Boundary Domain Spell

Cause a pillar of Force From The Boundary to be channeled through a small area inside of your range. Creatures that stand in that area have their attack rolls and saving throws reduced by 1d4 per point of Force From The Boundary unless they make a successful Wisdom Saving Throw. The effect does not trigger when out of your range. The effect ends at the end of your next turn. CANNOT be used to Push the Force From The Boundary. Your connection to the Boundary prevents you from coming under this effect.
