You temporarily drain youth and vitality from the target and channel it into yourself. On a failed Constitution saving throw, the target physically ages 3d8 years and you decrease your age by the same number of years. If the target ages 10 or more years, they gain disadvantage on ability checks for 1 minute. The target can make another Constitution saving throw at the end of every round to end the effect.

This effect cannot bring your age to lower than the minimum age of adulthood for your race. This spell does not affect the caster's or the target’s true age, only their appearance. Both caster and target will revert when the spell ends.
