You encase a creature of your choice in a chunk of solid ice—freezing and healing or damaging them (caster discretion)
— Both the healing and the damage is halved - half is given at the time of cast while half is given once they thaw
— Heal: 1d12
— Damage: 3d4 (CON save) (Cold)
Frozen — loses next turn
— immune to: bludgeoning, cold, poison, slashing, thunder, and piercing
— lightning spells has advantage and fire spells have disadvantage
— if the frozen creature is hit by a fire spell the ice melts, therefore canceling the second half of the healing
— after the frozen effect has worn off/removed the creature is thawed and has half its movement for that turn
Level Scaling — When casting this spell at a spell slot of 2nd level or higher the healing increases by 1d12/3d4 respectively for each level above the 1st
