Wail from the Grave

The cleric inhales sharply and releases a ghastly wail that reverberates through each soul that can hear it. Each creature that can hear it within 30 ft must succeed a wisdom saving saving throw or take 6d4 pyschic damage, halved on sucess, and become frightened for up to 1 minute. The frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Constructs are immune to this effect.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the range is increased by an additional 10 ft and damage by 1d4.
