When you spend one minute casting this spell while in constant contact with an inanimate sculpture that was constructed at least 1 year ago, its mouth animates and is able to make brief comments about events that have occurred within its immediate vicinity since its creation. During the duration of the spell, you may ask the statue 5 questions to which it will give Yes or No answers. In situations where a Yes or No answer would be misleading it will give a one-word response.
Alternatively, you can choose to spend an hour communing with the statue to allow it to answer 1 question of your choice with a response no longer than 25 words.
Once you cast this spell on a statue, you cannot animate it again until the next full moon.
