You tap into your enemies mind and unleash all of their anger. Each enemy in a 30-foot cube within range must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become enraged (see condition below) for the duration.
While enraged:
- An affected creature must use their actions to make a melee attack against the closest random creature. If the affected creature does not have a melee weapon, then they must make an unarmed strike against the creature
- The creature must use their movement (if available) in order to reach the closest creature to them. If their movement does not land them within 5 feet of the nearest creature, the enraged creature must their actions (if available) to Dash in order to close the gap.
- The creature has disadvantage on all Wisdom and Intelligence ability checks and saving throws, as well as disadvantage on any Constitution saving throws made in order to maintain a concentration spell.
Any affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns. The effect ends early on a successful save.
