You and creatures you are touching, gain or lose 10ft of movement, and 1 initiative for this spells duration, this spell's effects end for creatures if you stop touching them. 

At higher levels. If cast at a higher level, the duration is extended by 1 round for each level beyond 1st, and the effects increases by 10ft and 1 initiative for each level beyond 1st.
